REG 10 JUL 14

Commodore in Charge,

Hong Kong.

With reference to your telegram No.130 of the 26th ultimo, relative to the crew of the Tireless Telegraph Station at Cape d'Aguilar, I am to acquaint you that the proposed orow is similar to that at St.Angelo and that approved for the new Rock Station at Gibraltar, exept that an Ingine Room Artifiour and Stoker have been a∙lded to look after the 20 H.P. oil engine, vii no armourer rating is provided.

There is a Chief Petty Officor Telegraphlat to be in general charge, 1 Petty Offic r "elegraphist and 3 Leading Telegraphists for charge of watches, and 4 Telegraphists as second hands.

3.- Their Lordships consider that it may be possible after experience has been gained to reduce the crew by 1 Stoker, but no other rachuntion is feasible.

4.- It has been found necessary to place the man at St.Angelo in four watches on account of the climate, and it is thought that this will be even more necessary at Cape d'Agular, as the nen will be a long way from Victoria, and ordinary day leave will not be practicable.

By Command of their Lordships,

(84) W. GRAHAM GREENE
